    The hydraulic performance of screw slurry pumps covers a wide and tight range to meet a variety of different requirements in industrial pumping applications.

    This type of pump is especially suitable for conveying thick slurry. The viscosity of the conveying medium reaches CW=70% and the viscosity exceeds 1,000,000 CPS, which can meet the requirements of conveying various special slurries, making this series of pumps especially suitable for harsh pumping. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials and other industries.

    Performance characteristics

    Spiral centrifugal slurry pump is the first domestically and internationally leading level. Its core technology is to integrate the principles of positive displacement pump and centrifugal pump, and then give full play to the advantages of both. The pump is suitable for the transportation of extra-heavy special media, and is used to transport slurries with a solid concentration of 30%-70% and large solid particles. .

    It has the characteristics of no overload, which expands the range of working conditions, so that the pump will not be overloaded at any working point, greatly saving energy and having high reliability.

    The impeller of the pump adopts a spiral centrifugal impeller, which has a wide flow channel and the forced propulsion function of a positive displacement pump, so as to realize the non-clogging, high adaptability and reliability of the pump.

    It can transport ultra-high-concentration and ultra-high viscosity medium, the medium viscosity can exceed 1000000CPS, the weight concentration can reach CW70%, and the density can reach 2.3, which is impossible for existing centrifugal slurry pumps.

    The pump efficiency is increased by 5-10 percentage points, and the power saving is more than 5%-10%.

    The screw horizontal slurry pump is suitable for conveying underflow materials under raw material mills, ball mills and thickeners in various industries, and effectively solves the phenomenon of blocked pipes and overflows in the operation of ordinary centrifugal slurry pumps.

    The screw submersible slurry pump adopts the integrated structure of the anti-sewage motor and the downward suction of the screw slurry pump. The whole pump can be submerged in the liquid for a long time to work.     This series of pumps are able to meet the requirements of conveying various special slurries, including slurry with weight concentration up to 70% and medium with viscosity over 1,000,000 CPS. They are especially

    suitable for demanding pumping jobs including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, and other industries.

    The pump is suitable for conveying ultra heavy and special mediums. It is able to convey slurry with large solid particles and solid concentration of 30%-70%. It solves the problem that it is difficult to convey thick slurry by ordinary centrifugal slurry pump and fills the market gap in China.

    Its spiral centrifugal design expands the operating condition range. The pump will not overload at any working condition, greatly saving energy and realising high reliability.

    The pump impeller adopts a spiral centrifugal design with a wide flow channel and a forced propulsion function of the positive displacement pump. This makes the pump no-blocking, highly adaptable, and reliable.

    Material Description

    The spiral slurry pump consists of cast iron, Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy wet ends, the steel parts. According to different functions, parts are made of different materials.

    The wet ends refer to the impeller, front and rear wear plates, volute, expeller, and stuffing box made of high-chromium, abrasion-resistant materials. Different abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant 
    materials are used according to the conveyed materials' abrasion and acid-base corrosive extent.

    According to relevant material standards and years of experience in production and many tests, Eaeast Pump Industry has developed several material grades for wet ends, including the Y50-Y59 series, Y70-Y79 series, and Y90-Y99 series. Users are able to choose the appropriate material according to the pH of the fluid and the concentration and size of solids.

    Advanced Pump Structure

    The fixing plate fixes the spiral vertical slurry pump on the ground. The ground part is above the fixing plate, including the motor, motor support and reducer. The part below the fixing plate is the underground part, including connecting pipe and bare shaft pump. The bare shaft pump consists of frame plate, impeller, throatbush, filter mesh, and outlet pipe. 

    The reliable, simplified, heavy-duty bearing unit greatly minimises unplanned downtime, reducing maintenance costs.

    The bearing unit uses lubricating oil that can fully meet the requirements of various working conditions and be applied below 180°C/355°F.
